Plantar Fasciitis
(Foot)
Plantar Fasciitis is the most common cause of heel pain. The plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen and irritated (inflamed). Then your heel or the bottom of your foot hurts when you stand or walk.
Quadriceps Tendonitis
Inflammation of the tendon connecting the quadriceps to the patella (knee cap). Pain concentrated over quadriceps tendon, increases with athletic activities; overuse injury.

Runner's Knee or Jumper's Knee (Patella Tendonitis)
Inflammation of the tendon connecting the patella to the tibia (lower leg). Pain concentrated over patella tendon; increases with athletic activities; overuse injury.
Sprain (Ligament)
(Foot/Ankle, Back/Abs, Knee, Wrist/Hand)
When the ligament is stretched or torn, it decreases the strength of the joint. Pain, stiffness and a decrease in range of motion can occur.
Strain (Muscle)
(Foot, Ankle, Back/Abs, Knee, Wrist/Hand)
Muscle strain or muscle pull occurs in a muscle or its attaching tendons from overuse or sudden trauma during work, sports or even daily activities. Typical symptoms of strain include pain, muscle spasm, muscle weakness, swelling, inflammation and cramping.

Swelling
(Ankle, Knee, Elbow, Wrist)
Collection of fluid in or around joint, or inflammation of the bursa sack in joint. Palpable fluid around joint that can be painful.

Tennis Elbow (Golfer's Elbow, Little League Elbow)
Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis) occurs when the tendons of the forearm muscles attached to the bony part of the elbow are damaged by overuse or sudden injury during tennis, golf or other repetitive activities. Symptoms include forearm weakness, pain that worsens over weeks or months, and weakened grip. Tennis Elbow pain radiates from the outside of the elbow to the wrist, and Golfer's Elbow pain radiates on the inside of the elbow.
