Because the Supports have an adhesive layer, we recommend that no lotions are used on the skin underneath the ACE™ Kinesiology Supports. For best adhesion we recommend you wash and dry your skin before using the Supports. When using sunscreen, we recommend that you apply it around the Support.
To properly remove the Support, lift gently and peel slowly. Do not pull off quickly or with force. For sensitive skin or when difficult to remove, rub vegetable oil or baby oil onto the top of the Support. Wait 5 minutes and then slowly remove.
The type of adhesive used on the Support cannot be repositioned once it has been applied to the skin nor can it be used more than once.
