Q: What are these compression sleeves used for?
A: This line of compression sleeves is intended to provide compression to help relieve muscle and joint stiffness, soreness, swelling, sprains, and strains.

Q: I am having difficulty pulling up the compression sleeve. Any tips?
A: Try folding over the comfort band to the outside of before putting on the compression sleeve. This will move the silicone beading away from your skin, helping to improve the sliding up and over your joint.
Q: Any tips for removing or inserting the metal stabilizer into the knee pocket?
A: It helps to pinch the pocket hole with both hands and hold the compression sleeve in a flat, horizontal position when removing or inserting the stabilizer.

Q: What should I do if discomfort or pain results, persists or increases during use?

A: The body of the compression sleeve is made with elastic knit material, a blend of nylon and polyester. The elastic comfort band is an elastic band with silicone beading. The elbow pressure pads are silicone, and the knee stabilizers are made of stainless steel.
