RETURN POLICY

  • Just like your favorite running shoes, Braces and Supports should be replaced regularly to ensure they are providing the support they were designed to deliver. We recommend replacing your product after 6 months of regular use.

    Most of our ACE™ Brand products are Medical Devices. Due to this classification, not all retailers accept returns. Please contact us directly to help you with your return at 1.800.537.2191 or Contact Us.

     

    RETURN POLICY

     

    The ACE™ Brand guarantees its products to be of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your ACE™ Brand product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, for a refund or replacement unless it meets one of the situations below. We do this to protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness.


    • Products showing wear and tear
    • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
    • Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
    • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
    • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
    • Past habitual abuse of our Return Policy
